Visa requirements vary by nationality
10-year visa (5+5) for wealthy individuals, pensioners, remote workers ($80k+/year income), and highly skilled professionals. Tax benefits include 0% on foreign income for Work-from-Thailand category.

LTR Work-from-Thailand category explicitly permits remote work for foreign employers. Includes a digital work permit allowing legal employment for Thai or foreign entities. Highly Skilled Professionals also get work permits. This is the only Thai visa with a built-in work permit for remote workers.
