Where to Stay in Miami

High-rise financial district south of Downtown with luxury apartments, rooftop bars and a dense cluster of offices. Very walkable for daily life if you live there, with easy access to coworking spaces, restaurants and the Metromover.

Street-art-filled warehouse district turned arts and nightlife hub, plus neighbouring Midtown residential towers. Known for murals, galleries, cafés and bars. Lively and creative but can be noisy on weekends.

Barrier island neighbourhood famous for its beaches, pastel Art Deco hotels and party scene. Great if you want to wake up near the ocean, but more touristy and expensive, with less everyday convenience than Brickell or Downtown.

More local-feeling areas with classic low-rise housing, Cuban cafés and restaurants in Little Havana and mid-century motels turned trendy spots along Biscayne Boulevard in the MiMo district. Cheaper than Brickell and the Beach, but less walkable and more car-dependent.
