Leafy, more upscale residential area in the northwest with low-rise houses, cafés, restaurants and some coworking spaces. Feels safer and calmer than the center, but you will usually rely on buses or taxis to reach downtown.

💬 What Nomads Say
Real reviews from digital nomads
"I spent two months in Córdoba and really liked the balance between big city and student town. I stayed in Nueva Córdoba and could walk to my coworking, parks and most cafés. My budget was around $1,300 per month including rent, coworking and going out a few nights a week. Internet in my apartment was 100 Mbps and stable. You do need basic Spanish because people switch to English less than in Buenos Aires, but that was a plus for me."
"Córdoba is great if you like a student vibe and nightlife, but it is not perfect. Safety is okay in Nueva Córdoba and General Paz if you are careful, but I would not walk around with my phone out late at night. Buses work but they are not super intuitive and can be crowded. On the other hand coworkings like La Maquinita and Co-innova are excellent and the cost of living is much lower than in Europe or the US."
"I came to Córdoba for one month to improve my Spanish and ended up staying for four. The combination of language schools, affordable apartments, reliable WiFi and weekend escapes to the Sierras made it an ideal slow travel base. My favourite routine was working from a café in the morning, walking through Parque Sarmiento and then meeting friends in Güemes for dinner. It is not as polished as Buenos Aires, but it feels more local and relaxed."
